Refund policy

Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to tell us you would like to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back to us.

To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition and with all tags still attached. Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged cannot be accepted.

For hygiene reasons, socks cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty.

How to start a return

Email startedfrom0uk@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We will confirm your return and give you the address to send it to. Please do not post anything back before contacting us, as unconfirmed returns may not be processed.

Return postage

You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for parcels lost on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days. Where you cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, email startedfrom0uk@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will cover return postage and arrange a replacement or refund.

Sale items

Sale and discounted items can be returned on the same terms as full-price items.

Your legal rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
