1. About us
This website is operated by START FROM 0 (trading as startedfrom0uk), 54 Norwood High Street, London SE27 9NR, United Kingdom. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to START FROM 0. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm the information you give us is accurate and complete.
3. Products and pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling and include UK VAT where applicable. We make every effort to display our products accurately, but colours may vary between screens and garments are subject to slight variation in wash, print placement and measurement. All items are subject to availability.
4. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where an item is out of stock, where a pricing or description error has occurred, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel your order we will refund you in full.
5. Payment
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, including major debit and credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Klarna. Payment is taken at the point of order. Klarna is provided by a third party and is subject to its own terms and eligibility checks.
6. Delivery and returns
Delivery timescales, rates and international charges are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your cancellation and return rights are set out in our Return and Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.
7. Discount codes
Discount codes are valid for a limited time, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers unless we state otherwise. We may withdraw or amend a code at any time, and we reserve the right to cancel orders where a code has been used fraudulently or in breach of its terms.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this site, including the START FROM 0 name, logo, graphics, product designs, photography and copy, is our property or licensed to us and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our written permission.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, or to interfere with its operation. We may terminate your access if you breach these terms.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot be excluded under English law. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
11. Your statutory rights
If you are a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Nothing in these terms affects those rights.
12. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. We may update these terms at any time, and the version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies.
