Where we ship

We ship from London to the United Kingdom, the European Union and the United States.

Processing time

Orders are picked and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays are dispatched the next business day. During a new drop, dispatch can take slightly longer and we will keep you updated by email.

UK delivery rates

Standard - 4.99 GBP - 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Express - 7.99 GBP - next business day after dispatch.
Orders over 200 GBP qualify for free standard delivery.

International delivery rates

European Union - 14.99 GBP - typically 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
United States and rest of world - 23.99 GBP - typically 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.

International delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they depend on the destination carrier and customs clearance.

Customs, duties and import taxes

Orders shipped outside the United Kingdom may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs charges levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them. If a parcel is refused at customs and returned to us, we will refund the item value but not the original delivery cost.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is dispatched, including tracking where available. If you have not received a dispatch email within 3 business days of ordering, email startedfrom0uk@gmail.com with your order number.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We cannot change an address once an order has been dispatched, and we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly.

Delayed or lost parcels

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of dispatch for UK orders, or 21 business days for international orders, email startedfrom0uk@gmail.com and we will open an investigation with the carrier. We cannot declare a parcel lost before these timeframes.
